HEATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAUCE: To serve the sauce warm, place unopened sachet in a bowl of warm water for approximately 1 minute. Squeeze the sauce over the profiteroles. Sauce can also be poured over profiteroles cold. Recommended portion size 4 profiteroles (approximately 18 portions per case).

Directions for Use

Remove all packaging. Allow to defrost in a refrigerator for approximately 1-2 hours with the sauce (do not defrost in a microwave). Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.

Storage Instructions

Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
