Directions for Use

To remove cap: place bottle on a firm flat surface . Grip cap and turn anti-clockwise. To replace cap: Place bottle on a firm flat surface. Grip cap and screw clockwise until tight. Beer dispense equipment: Dilute the solution 1:80 with warm water (up to 60 degrees). Drain all beer from the system. Pull through solution until the entire system is filled and purple liquid is flowing out. To ensure disinfection, leave for at least 15 minutes. Note: if the liquid turns green, this means the product has been exhausted - pull through more liquid. Repeat process by using 1:80 solution again, this time leave for a few minutes. When the solution remains purple, the system is then clean. Flush thoroughly with water after use - water should run clear. Cellar Tanks: Pre-rinse tanks with cold water. Dilute 1:100 in hot water (up to 60 degrees). Run the CIP/circulation system for 30 minutes or until the purple colouration vanishes. Rinse thoroughly with cold water.
