Cooking Instructions

Oven Cook: Pre-heat oven to 220°C. Place on a baking tray and bake in the upper part of the oven for about 15-17 minutes. Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 180°C and fry for 7-9 minutes. Drain well before serving. Cook from frozen: This is a raw product, ensure it is cooked thoroughly and piping hot before serving. These instructions are a guide only. Do not reheat. Air Fry: This product is suitable for cooking in an air fryer. Please refer to the manufacturer’s instructions for your air fryer.

Directions for Use

Store at -18°C or below. Do not re-freeze once thawed. Ensure food is piping hot and cooked before serving to a minimum core temperature of 74°C.

Storage Instructions

15 months minimum shelf life. BBE: 18 months from end of month of production. Once thawed, keep in fridge, and cook within 24 hours.
