Frozen individual ready to press and prove pizza dough. Produced on a Palm Oil Free Site. Suitable for a 12 inch/ 30 cm pizza, or a 9 inch deep pan pizza.Also can be used to make tear and share breads, calzones, breadsticks and focaccia.

**WHEAT** Flour (**WHEAT** Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Folic Acid, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Yeast, Salt, Rapeseed Oil, Sugar.
Suitable for 23cm or 9" deep crust pizzas. Stretch or roll to desired shape and top as required. Ensure thoroughly cooked throughout. Oven bake at 220°C/425°F/Gas Mark 7 until golden brown.
Take the required amount of doughballs from the freezer and place 2" apart on a tray. To avoid skinning cover with lightly greased film and put in refrigerator overnight. Maximum storage time in refrigerator (5 degrees C) is 2 days after defrost. Best used within 24 hours. Once defrosted do not re-freeze.
