Ingredients

Fortified WHEAT Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium, Niacin, Iron, Folic Acid, Thiamin), Sugar, Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed), Modified Starch (WHEAT), Whole EGG Powder, Dried Carrot (3%), Dextrose, Raising Agents (Potassium Bicarbonate, Disodium Diphosphate, Glucono-Delta-Lactone), Spices, Caramelised Sugar, Whey Powder (MILK), Colour (Algal Carotenes).

Cooking Instructions

1000g Mix, 570g Water. Place the mix into the bowl. Add the water slowly over 1 minute whilst mixing on slow speed using a beater. Scrape down. Mix for a further 3 minutes on medium speed. Scale at 1500g. Place into a greased and lined baking sheet. Baking Instructions: 180°C/360°F/Gas mark 4 for approximately 30 minutes until risen and golden brown. Directions for Use

MAKE UP INSTRUCTIONS Place required amount of mix (see table below) into a bowl. Add the required amount of water slowly over 1 minute whilst mixing on slow speed using a beater. Scrape down and mix for a further 3 minutes on medium speed. Place into a greased and lined baking tin and bake at 180°C/360°F/Gas Mark 4 for approximately 30 minutes until risen and golden brown.
